First of all, thank you for buying your daily deal! We are very excited to meet you! Please be patient and we will do out best to get everyone into our Classes as soon as we can.
THE GROUPON WAS FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY!!! This will be strictly enforced as it is not fair to existing clients. Anyone that has been to Chakra before can call Groupon or the daily deal company for a refund or we will allow you to have 5 Yoga classes for what you paid $39 (instead of 10 yoga classes) or 4 Pilates Classes, not 5 for $49. Email victoria@chakrapilates.com with any questions.
Follow these instructions for redeeming your Daily Deal or Signpost Voucher: This is the very best way we can process each and everyone of you. Please don't call the studio to activate your voucher, we will just send you here to the website instructions.
1) Please click on the "Sign Up Here" tab at the top of this home page of our website.
2) Then in the upper right hand corner, please click on Sign Up!
3) In the right column, please enter in your first and last name, and then you will create a username, password and account with us. You will receive a receipt confirming that you registered yourself as a client, but You won't be able to sign up for classes until you email your name & the bar code # & id # on your voucher (not your Chakra receipt) to voucher@chakrapilates.com
4) Please email your name, bar code # (i.e. 1646-3478) and id # (i.e. 60-AD.) Then, we will send you a receipt confirming that you can now go online and register yourself for Pilates Reformer Level 1 Classes or your Yoga Classes. *Yoga Classes are first registered, first serve basis*
IF YOU ARE MORE ADVANCED THEN OUR LEVEL 1 PILATES CLASSES, we want you to have the best experience possible, so please ask the instructor after class if you qualified to go into our more advanced levels. We will have to change out your package so you can sign up accordingly.
PLEASE READ OUR CHAKRA POLICIES, which are strictly enforced:
Daily Deal vouchers are only for NEW clients (If you have only taken a couple classes with us over a year ago, email victoria@chakrapilates.com to ask about eligibility for buying a daily deal voucher.) 24 Hour Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***Groupon clients must come in by April 3, 2012 or your voucher will expire. Once you take ONE class, you have 60 days to finish your pack of classes.*** Please allow up to 2 business days for your voucher to be activated. Plan accordingly. (You can only come into Yoga the day of, we need more notice for the Pilates Classes.) MAX 2 vouchers per person (may not be combined with any other offers.) After the expiration of your voucher, it is only good for a credit toward the amount you paid.
