Chakra Pilates since moving to San Diego in 2009. She is a native of Louisiana and 

received a B.S. from Louisiana State University along with a J.D. from Loyola University 

School of Law. While working as an attorney in Washington, D.C. she began to study 

Pilates under Michael Rooks, one of only ten Level II trainers recognized by Romana 

Kryzanowska. Caroline then received her classical training from Power Pilates and

Caroline has furthered her Pilates education by studying under Master Instructors 

and enjoys sharing what she has learned by teaching others and by playing an active 

role as a Chakra Apprentice Workshop Instructor. Also, she is a certified Level II 

Reiki practitioner. Caroline is married to Tommy and they welcomed their first child,
